Custom Order Process and FAQs
We LOVE designing and creating custom pieces!
Please note the following prior to submitting your order inquiry:
1. All custom orders have a $100.00 minimum
2. A $100 non refundable retainer is required to be paid in full before design process begins. This retainer is applied to your final total!
3. Standard response time to an inquiry is 2-3 business days. Friendly reminder that weekends are not included in "business days" 😊
4. Standard production time is 7-10 business days and are subject to change depending on type of project, current order queue, or time of year.
5. Order must be paid in full before production can begin.
6. All invoices must be paid via our e-invoicing system.
1. Order inquiry form submitted!
2. Response from Coated & Engraved sent + $100 non refundable retainer sent to secure production spot
3. Discuss design, materials, etc.
4. Mock ups sent for review and approval
5. Design approved
6. Final invoice sent + paid
7. Production begins (7-10+ business days)
8. Email notification with shipping info OR order pick up instructions
9. You receive/pick up your order!
